ASX listed Zinc of Ireland NL (ASX: ZMI) of Perth, Australia, has entered into a binding share purchase agreement (SPA) to acquire 100% of Metallon Clean Extractions BV (Meclex), a Belgian based Metals Technology company, which has developed two proprietary hydrometallurgical metal recovery technologies, ARGO and VOLTA.
