ASX listed Zinc of Ireland Ltd (ASX: ZMI) of Perth, Australia, has acquired Metallon Clean Extractions BV (Meclex), a Belgian based Metals Technology company, which has developed two proprietary hydrometallurgical metal recovery technologies, ARGO and VOLTA. ZMI has raised A$5.5 new share capital to fund the route to market of ARGO and VOLTA.
